This explains how Samy Benali, trading as “BNL Corp”, processes your personal data, under the EU GDPR.

Data we collect
- Order data: name, email, billing details, purchase history (card data is handled by our payment providers, not stored by us).
- Coaching applications: the information you submit (name, email, age, height, starting point, goals, readiness).
- Technical data: cookies, device/browser data, pages visited.

Why we use it
To process orders and deliver products (contract); provide support and respond to applications (contract / legitimate interest); send marketing emails only with your consent; meet legal and accounting obligations; and measure and improve the site.

Sharing & retention
We share data only with providers who help us run the business (e.g. Shopify, payment and email/analytics tools) and do not sell your data. Some may process data outside the EU with appropriate safeguards. We keep accounting records as required by French law (generally up to 10 years) and other data no longer than necessary.
