Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Digital products — all sales are final.
Our products are digital and delivered with immediate access. In accordance with EU consumer law (art. L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately where the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged losing that right.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access, waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, and accept that no refund will be provided once access has been delivered.

Exceptions. This does not limit your mandatory statutory rights. If you were charged but did not receive access, or the product is materially defective or not as described, contact us at bsamypro.78@gmail.com and we will resolve it (re-delivery or, where legally required, a refund).
