Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern all purchases on this website, operated by Samy Benali, individual entrepreneur (auto-entrepreneur) trading as “BNL Corp” (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you (“the customer”) accept these Terms in full.

1. Products
We sell digital products, including “The Complete Glow-Up Roadmap” (a self-guided digital guide with tools) and, where offered, personalised coaching. Digital products are delivered electronically, by access link, immediately after purchase.

2. Price & payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. Payments are processed securely via our providers. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

3. Delivery & licence
Access is delivered by email/link immediately or shortly after payment. The product is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute or publish the product or your access link.

4. Withdrawal & refunds
Because the product is digital content supplied immediately, you agree at checkout to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. All sales are final. This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights.

5. Disclaimer
The products provide general information and personal opinion on appearance, fitness, grooming, style and lifestyle. They are not medical, dietary, psychological or professional advice, and are not a guarantee of any specific result. Consult a doctor before starting any training or nutrition programme. You use the content at your own risk.

6. Liability & law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These Terms are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers may use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
